The All Ordinaries Index extended its gains in the past week ended Friday, rising an additional 138.4 points (or 2.0%) to close at 7,180.3. The Index has climbed 325.1 points (or 4.7%) over the past two weeks. In the past week 10-year Australian Treasury yield decreased by 7.8 basis points from 1.25% to 1.17%.

In the past week market capitalization of the Australian All Ordinaries Index rose 2.4% or $A55.3 billion to $A2,316.9 billion.
